Minamoto Kitchoan Matcha Castella

3 stars. There’s some matcha flavour there.

This doesn’t have anything to do with the matcha itself, but the crunchy sugar layer is really good. Otherwise a nice, simple castella with fairly light matcha taste as befits a sponge cake.
